Check out was fast and they had what we were looking for at a great price. We bought mulch at 4 bags for $10 dollars.

I was looking for a two wheel garden. I asked two associates and both were pretty much useless. Rather than attempt to assist me, one just blew me off, the other tried except for my insistence. Another was asked and she actually provided what the first two SHOULD HAVE. It's sad when people are paid to do a job and simply refuse to step up. Today was a sad day for customer service st Lowes.

Is unclear how much of the checkout line that stretches to the back of the garden center is due to employee incompetence vs how much is due to the crazy kooks that come in here trying to barter. I imagine there's improvements to be made on both sides of the aisle. At any rate this is now a multi-day occurrence.
